I'm going to get 99 fletching.

Step 1: Get slayer and variety up this week (I will have around 15 hours to RS gold perform, my school week is shortened for juniors ACT). Step 3: Attempt to get a lesser task from Vannaka to spare for xp weekend. Step 5: Purchase best dhide potential (ideally reddish ) and bronze knives (have 10k of them today ). Step 6: After the weekend rolls around, set up cannon at lessers, knife lessers. Step 7: After task, get more from Vannaka and then cannon them well. I've around 900k. Is that a great idea?
I'm going to get 99 fletching. 84 At this time. I really don't want to do fletching on the weekend cause it is already a fairly simple skill. Some skills I was considering were: Herblore - 35, Runecrafting - 36, Summoning - 45, Slayer - 47 (Perhaps not a big combat man ), Farming - 40, Crafting - 48 (I hate it for some reason o.0). Herblore I don't have any idea how to train. Runecrafting cause it's generally fairly slow exp. Summoning cause of its own cost. Farming make it requires patience and farm runs every hour or so.
If I do train Slayer it'll be strength or range. I truly have no clue what I'm doing yet. I made 7m to play around with. Probably leaning more towards Herby but need someone to tell me what to do. Grow the very best fruit trees as well as routine trees that you can, planting them perhaps wednesday then wait to inspect health for the weekend. Like Lord Earth said, do summoning using the maximum levels/best charms you can perform. For the weekend I've 5 yew trees waiting to get checked, then I'm training Summoning for an hour or until my charms are gonethen I'm probably moving onto some skill that's expensive/long to train such as Smithing or Herblore.
I would like the Shattered Heart upgrade, if it weren't for the absurd fact that, according to cheap RuneScape gold the guides, you can just get Building rocks by NOT training the ability; the manuals say you cannot find a rock if you're in Construction manner. Which means that essentially you have to hang about on your POH, doing random stuff and wastign time... because even doing OTHER training there (supplying bones or creating tele-tabs) takes only a minute or so, then you have got to visit the bank for more supplies.
