And averaging high playtime is hard you overlook a day you would need to do double to means check. Maxing isn't even appealing with just how much work it requires. I've watched mudkip on RuneScape gold YouTube start an ironman per month or 2 before me and maximum in about a year, he's since started an ultimate ironman that's going towards max while I am still in the midgame. He is playing with the exact same articles for the 3rd time, making exactly the exact same tired commentary and jokes and it looks like a waste of time. I watch his movies occasionally because I used to really enjoy them but today it just looks sad.
What about this debate: Say I played with Runescape since 2002. Before RS3 came out maxed, spent my summers as a child grinding all my levels out to reach that end game content. I come back later to come across those levels transferred to a game I fucking despise. I have to regrind everything to do exactly what I like doing. Is it incorrect to buy gold with the money I devote all my spare time grinding out? In order to reobtain levels I already earned? Why?
"Is it morally not right to pay money for some other people to level up your account, since you've achieved the same levels in another version of Runescape". It's a solo. Not teamwork. You're supposed to work in your own account, not pay people as you can't be arsed to do it. If you do not or can't put time in, then enjoy what you can do with the levels and equipment you have. Should you play with yourself and purchase the gold that's fine. It's not ok if you utilize those bonds to pay somebody else to do it for you then no.
I play Runescape at the background after work to relax and have fun. I have a objective of finding the diary cape. I would like to achieve the cape that I can enjoy the travel towards. The journal cape requires unlocking bones. Solving 500 mazes in the training arena that is mage was neither enjoyable nor relaxing. For having completed it I gained zero enjoyment from it, I feel nothing. This wasn't part of the journey I cared for, I wish it had skipped.Obtaining family or a job is NOT an excuse use or to bot OSRS services
I've seen a lot of people commenting in the recent controversy thread this activity is fine since some people dont have the opportunity to play Runescape attacking. Some also say it doesnt matter as what somebody achieves shouldnt effect you. This exact same logic can be used to shield MTX or botting in RS3 in precisely the same manner. In case you dont have enough time to play with Runescape then dont play Runescape. It self absorbed to believe everyone but you doesnt have family or even a job. It is not a justification.
Imagine befriending the guy fishing shrimp about cheap RS gold the River Lum beside you. You talk about your goals and achievements, play castle wars and even complete quests in tandem. You find out cox and tob and end up joining the PVM clan. There are times when you take breaks from Runescape, as one can, but each time you return there is a face on your buddy list. Life moves fast. Fast forward a few years and you stand before Mac, having claimed the Max cape. You flip to the man that has accompanied you about the grind and ask,"What now?".
