Ratings Too Much High

  I swear, if I play MyLeaguge, GM or even MyCareer within the first 5 years a bunch of teams will have a couple or more players using overalls of 90 and much more. I understand there is sliders for the progression rate but even then I don't think that helps this much. It simply delays it in 5 years to 10. I recall playing older nba live and NBA 2K21 MT 2005 that had overalls lives. Ron Artest was the defensive player of the year and an all star in 2004 along with his overall was just 69.
  
  I feel as with current games that the ratings have been inflated because a lot of current players grew up playing live/2K and using a low rating has a stigma to it. Nobody wants to be a player and a 69. So I have been looking for nba 2K21 if it came out now, what would a fairer rating system look like? I broke it down.
