You begin in high school MT 2K21 and may play for one of 10 accredited schools prior to attaining the NBA. I would hope to see a departure or at the very least a separation of the story from the regular MyPlayer grind, but it seems we are sticking with the same formula.

The Seasons theory which converts the way to a live ceremony is intriguing. There is also the new and mysterious Dark Matter term that could refer to a higher-level stone card or even power-ups for gamers in your own collection.
