Well yea, but one which is launchable from out of the Windows store ecosystem. I understand the user base is restricted but there are people which are still on Windows variant besides 10 (8% of steam users use a different windows compared to 10). Those people may effectively not perform with Phantasy Star Online 2 due to the lack of present shop access. - though we understand PSO2 works lots fine on non-windows 10 computers viewing as the JP version has been something for years. And that not even to talk of the convenience a lot of people would have and favor accessing the download through Steam even when they've win10.
I believe that the xbox app may click through to the page on the windows store of it and does hook into the windows store, when you start a download from the xbox program you may see it downloading from the windows store.
