Stenter Boot Introduction

  •  1. Booting of Stenter

     

    1.1 Click the cloth feed mechanism button to enter the cloth feed mechanism operation interface, and click the cloth feed master control switch in the upper left corner to red. 

    1.2 Click the cloth discharging mechanism button to enter the cloth discharging mechanism operation interface, and click the cloth discharging master control switch in the upper left corner to red. 

    1.3 Press the reset button "RESET" on the operation panel, the indicator light is off, the power-on indicator light flashes, press the power-on indicator light, the chain rotates, and the acceleration indicator light flashes. 

    1.4 Click the oven button to enter the heating system:  

     a. Click the schematic icon of the circulating fan to enter the circulating fan power setting window, click the total button of the circulating fan to pop up a small window for setting the circulating fan power, click on the number box on the white bottom to pop up a numeric keypad, enter the required output power value, and press OK.

     B. Click the upper left corner or the upper right corner of the exhaust fan icon to enter the exhaust fan power setting window, click the manual control button and confirm, click the number box on the white background to pop up a small numeric keyboard to enter the required value and confirm. If you click the automatic control button and confirm, the exhaust fan will automatically adjust the power of the exhaust fan.  Click the digital box showing the temperature in the oven simulation icon to enter the heating window, click the heating total to set the heating temperature, or you can set the heating temperature of each oven separately. When the heating temperature is below 90 degrees, click the small fire icon to heat, and when the heating temperature is above 90 degrees, click the big fire icon to heat and confirm. 

     1.5 Correct cloth threading route, put through the cloth feeding part, guide the cloth from the cloth feeding frame to the operating table), follow the correct cloth threading route to wear the guide belt of the cloth outlet part (from the cloth overfeeding roller to the cloth outlet frame) ). 

     1.6 Press the red stop button on the operation panel, the chain stops, and the start indicator flashes. Pull the cloth guide onto the tentering   chain and press down the overfeeding wheel push button for about 10 seconds, and wait for the push button indicator light to turn on. Turn on the motors of each part of the cloth feeding mechanism to "1". Raise the pour chute, apply the pressure of the rolling car, turn on the motors of all parts of the operation table (except the needle protection entrance button), and click the cloth feed control button in the upper left corner of the cloth feed mechanism to green.

    1.7 Start the front part of the machine. After the cloth guide has passed the upper needle protection entrance, turn on the upper needle protection entrance button to "1". When the cloth guide goes out of the oven and reaches the cloth overfeeding roller, stop the machine, and set the cloth guide to the cloth exit part. The conduction band is connected well. Click the main control button of the cloth discharging mechanism to green, turn on the motors of the cloth discharging part to "1" (except the cooling cylinder tension motor switch), restart the machine, introduce the cloth guide into the cloth discharging rack, and then stop. Turn on the switch of the cooling cylinder tension motor to "1". 

     1.8 Click the tentering chain control button to enter the chain control interface, enter the width according to the process requirements on the process card and confirm

    1.9 According to the process card, find the cloth to be processed and push it to the cloth feeding place to connect the guide cloth, melt the material and put it into the pour tank (the first 20L is drained). According to the organization condition of the cloth to be processed and the technological requirements, the cloth rolls or the car is installed. Set the parameters of each part, preset the middle fast/middle slow, left fast/right fast according to the weft skew of the fabric to be processed. Ring the bell to notify that the cloth is ready to start, press the start button after the ringback, the acceleration indicator flashes, set the speed required by the process and confirm it, click the acceleration button and the speed will automatically increase to the required speed by the process. 

     

    2Shutdown 

    2.1 After processing the cloth, introduce the cloth guide to the operating table, tear off the cloth guide, click the main cloth feed control button to red, and turn off the upper needle protection entry button to "0". Start the second half of the machine, and stop when the cloth guide head reaches the cloth overfeeding roller, connect the cloth guide with the guide belt, turn off the cooling drum tension motor to "0" and start the second half of the machine until the cloth guide is completely out of the cloth rack and stop. Turn off the main cloth output control button to red, and start the machine to let the chain run idly.

    2.2 Click the oven button to enter the heating system interface, set the heating temperature to 150 degrees, the circulating fan power to 50%, the exhaust fan   is manually controlled and draws the air at 100% power, which can effectively remove the residual moisture in the oven, thereby achieving The role of maintenance oven. Turn off the heating system after running for about 30 minutes, let the circulating fan and exhaust fan continue to run until the temperature in the oven drops below 100 degrees, and then turn off. 

    2.3 Turn off the main control switch of the power supply of the power-off cabinet to "OFF", the computer will automatically store the processing data and then turn it off to clean the whole machine. Flat Screen Printer drop rule---drop cloth  1 Preparatory work before operation  1.1 Clean the machine (drop frame and the rear part of the machine), tidy up the surrounding environment, such as the ground, the rear cloth car, etc.  1.2 Check whether the rear part of the equipment, the cloth stacker, etc. are abnormal, and whether the cloth guiding route is correct.
