What I said is if the Madden NFL 23 game a is a passing meta and you in fact have to be good at protection to get stops this season, the better players will probably win a lot longer, since the run spamming bozos out of Madden 22 WON'T have the ability to adapt at a high enough level to compete with players that are actually good. The meta can't get any worse than this year. And this is a big talk coming from a"Soccer Team" fan. Just wait and see.
With LB user friendly, meta may really shift towards death, as you state, but that merely means passing game can be unstoppable, and all games will probably be down to: who scores more. I don't see how it is far better than 19, or a year ago, or whatever. I guess you are unaware of how they buffed zones so they won't be the dogshit they were at the beta. No way! Who scores more points will decide games! It is TOTALLY not like that's how football works IRL. Even if it's annoying, it will at least be more entertaining and more enjoyable to perform.

I'm mad because sport I loved as a kid has been going down hill for past 12 fucking years, and I've been sitting there watching how features get removed every year, and gameplay objectively getting worse and worse.
