Search warrant leads to arrest in contraband cigarette sales

Baer was charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, police said. Mehta was charged with selling contraband cigarettes to an undercover officer Wholesale Cigarettes, failure to maintain records of cigarette tax and failure to purchase cigarettes from a licensed dealer. Both were issued summonses and released with courts dates.

The officer found Reiner, and though he was not the person the officer was looking for, the officer discovered the fugitive warrant and took Reiner into custody without incident, police said. On March 13, Dakota Dunning, 27, of Greentown Pa., was arrested on a $593 warrant out of Oxford Township. He was processed and released with a court date.
On March 15, Jessica Cunningham, 27, of Phillipsburg was arrested on an Oxford Township warrant, processed, and released with a court date.
On March 15, Ryan Cabrera, 20, of Washington was arrested on a $195 warrant from the New Jersey State Police. He was processed and released with a court date.
On March 16, Jennifer Rios, 35, of Bangor, Pa., was arrested on an $81 warrant from Washington Borough, processed and released with a court date.
On March 17, Roddie Baily Jr., 31, of Washington was arrested on $2,933 of warrants from Washington Borough Marlboro Menthol, processed, and held in the Warran County jail.
On March 20, Justin Sokoloski, 30, of Phillipsburg was arrested on a $407 Washington Township warrant Newport Cigarettes, processed and released with a court date.
On March 20, Joseph Russo, 43, of Hampton was arrested on $1,100 in warrants from Washington Borough and Washington Township. An investigation yielded Russo's arrest on the warrants. He was processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for an unclear license plate and driving on a suspended license, police said, then released after posting bail.
On March 21, Heather Flanders, 29, of Belvidere was arrested on warrants and on a violation of a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance, police said. An investigation resulted in the nuisance charge, police said. Flanders was also found to be wanted on a $355 Washington Borough warrant. She was processed and released with a court date.
On March 22, Carli Klocinski, 27, of Hackettstown was arrested for being wanted on the National Crime Information Center database based on Warren County and Morris County Superior Court information Newport Cigarettes Carton Price, and also on a $1,500 Mount Olive warrant, police said. Klocinski was processed and released to the Warren County Sheriff's Department.
