Search warrant leads to arrest in contraband cigarette sales

    Baer was charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, police said.     On March 16, Jennifer Rios, 35, of Bangor, Pa., was arrested on an $81 warrant from Washington Borough, processed and released with a court date.

    On March 17, Roddie Baily Jr., 31, of Washington was arrested on $2,933 of warrants from Washington Borough Marlboro Menthol, processed, and held in the Warran County jail.

    On March 20, Justin Sokoloski, 30, of Phillipsburg was arrested on a $407 Washington Township warrant Newport Cigarettes, processed and released with a court date.

    On March 20, Joseph Russo, 43, of Hampton was arrested on $1,100 in warrants from Washington Borough and Washington Township. An investigation yielded Russo's arrest on the warrants. He was processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for an unclear license plate and driving on a suspended license, police said, then released after posting bail.

    On March 21, Heather Flanders, 29, of Belvidere was arrested on warrants and on a violation of a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance, police said. An investigation resulted in the nuisance charge, police said. Flanders was also found to be wanted on a $355 Washington Borough warrant. She was processed and released with a court date.

    On March 22, Carli Klocinski, 27, of Hackettstown was arrested for being wanted on the National Crime Information Center database based on Warren County and Morris County Superior Court information Newport Cigarettes Carton Price, and also on a $1,500 Mount Olive warrant, police said. Klocinski was processed and released to the Warren County Sheriff's Department.
