Sewell's 75-point overall rating is among the top offensive linemen of Madden 22 Coins rookies. It's not a surprise considering that the highly popular Oregon player was also among the first draftee. With an 81-point rating when he launched at the time of the draft, Atlanta's tightend Kyle Pitts is leading the rookie class. Two players picked later than Sewell in April's draft got overall scores above him: Denver's Patrick Surtain II and Philadelphia's DeVonta Smith.
In the previous year the Lions' first-round draft selection Jeff Okudah was rated an overall score of 76. However, after an injury-plagued campaign, it will be interesting to see how it is that he gets in Madden this year.
