I will probably assume that I've been playing MMOs for a time

  • Anyone who has played a handful of OSRS Gold other MMORPGs will tell you with confidence that the community here is a blessing compared to other online games. Hell, this is the only online game I have ever seen where you will find swarms of"begging robots" and other"pity money bots" because folks throw their currency at strangers too easily. Lol mate its got nothing to do with being a fad. I will probably assume that I've been playing MMOs for a time that is long than most on this sub given the age group. There absolutely are"begging bots" and in other games. The difference is that the economy. OSRS is unique in that regard, a lot of matches which have a flowing currency doesnt which the gold of OSRS does. I.e; its of trading things for things, not selling items for primary use currency.

Its also only that, OSRS is a exceptional sandbox game in which you do a lot of.standing around. Aka bank status abilities, etc.. This subsequently find somebody prepared and makes it much easier to converse with other people. Also thats got nothing to do with all the community not being toxic. I grew up playing games that were online in an era where they were new and new, and not nearly as available as they are now. RS has had a very toxic/elitist facet of this community since Runescape came out in 2001. It may not be the worst out there, yet to say there isnt some or even only a small amount is sadly incorrect.

I think if OSRS graphics were updated this could be the look

Frankly, I think if OSRS graphics were updated this would be the look. No fancy OSRS HD/Remaster or 1st individual stuff. I believe this is the appearance that does not stray to far from the classic look. Really need something similar to that and no clue why the HD toggle isn't avail in 2020. I like OSRS the way it's now. Yea I feel the option is the best way to start it, although I really don't have a problem with this, ya know? So you believe the dev time is better spent on this than on content updates or game advancements? And reducing the number of upgrades due to the OSRS team needing to make the assets for everything they do?

I believe it is intriguing that people use this same debate like it's any merit when a game making millions of dollars a year can't simply do both or something? Like Jagex hasn't done this? Is it or something? I'm perplexed. It does not need to be just one or another. They can do both. They can't do both in precisely the exact same time. Time spent 'HD' assets is time NOT spent on game updates. They've done it before but it was a huge undertaking with a larger team that was very divisive rather than valued by as many players as they had hoped. I truly see no reason why they would be interested in doing this.

Nothing is required to get Buy RS 2007 Gold something more pleasing to look at, which I think 2008 graphics did only. The best part is you had the choice. I think the most important counter argument is that it means greater dev work, since I imagine all assets or some would have to be produced for both graphic types. Unless it can be done procedurally without any significant development time I think that it may not pass a vote if it were done in an official capacity. That said, I would personally love to be considering 2008 or similar HD images instead of what we have (improved by Runelite GPU ofc) now even if it meant delayed content releases. However, I know not everyone will share that opinion.
