What do you think is the most effective?

I'm in search of a reliable equipment to RuneScape gold ensure secure pking (CW Dueling, ect) along with str xp (no whip). I'm considering 3 different gear types. they are as follows... This build can be great for str training. I'm not sure if it's worth it though. great for pest control which is one of my favorite mini-games. my next build switches the rage with the use of DFS.
This is the most efficient defensive option. This is likely not as efficient for practice strides as build 1 . This is due to the lack of acc , due to the absence of a d player. This would be amazing for CW which I like to do but. Also, i would have to raise approximately 2 mil for this build, unless i get rid of the Berserker ring.
This build is probly ideal for dueling. It is also good for CW. It could even be a the pest (high attack is good for hitting portals). The problem is that i hear GWs aren't good at training str. The issue is "how bad?" If it's not too noticeable, I could choose to do this.
What do you think is the most effective? Would you be able to provide an alternative while staying withing 30 mil? Maybe a bandos item? I dont like the fighter/tasset combination however, just to give you a heads-up. The three options are all appealing to me. I'm only trying to old school rs gold know which expensive product is worth it (fury, DFS, BGS).
