We are planning to announce a variety of new initiatives

  • We are planning to announce a variety of new initiatives and OSRS Gold actions in the next few months. We will be sharing them as frequently and in as many details, as possible. We anticipate the most significant of these to be implemented soon. We recognize that we aren't the most effective in communicating our plans, and this will change. Although we are winning small wins by investing substantial money and resources to fight this issue, we are not winning the battle. We're struggling to keep up with businesses who's sole purpose is getting bots to play their game 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have realized that something is missing despite our efforts.

This battle can't be won on our own. We need your help. How can you help us? We'd like to hear your suggestions about how we can fight bots. We will be developing surveys to help us understand more about bots from your perspective... we would love to hear your response.

We would like to create an online forum that will allow for specific Q&A and formal feedback about specific initiatives. We will notify you when the forum is created and invite all interested participants to join. We hope you engage with and encourage your friends to use any tools that we provide to you, which will assist us identify and ban the bots, such as the Spam Filter feature.

Last but not least, we want bots to Cheap OSRS Accounts be removed and that we support the gold farmers. Bots will cease to exist when there's no market. The way to put it was in a recent article on Tip.it "Standing up to Jagex [by voicing one's opinion on the botting issue], one might argue that it requires a bit of courage, but it's a lot more to confront your acquaintances".
