New Jordans is set to release a new Air Jordan 1 during Summer 2021 that comes in a similar "Shattered Backboard" color blocking. With Jordan fans' love for the Shattered Backboard theme, Jordan Brand continues adding alternate takes to the classic colorway with the substitutions of materials and colors. Up next for 2021, it looks like the team has combined the iconic Black Toe theme with fan-favorite Starfish Orange. Collar panels, inner lining and "NIKE AIR" branding on the tongue deviate from the understated hues in to of citrus flair rumored to have a metallic shimmer on final products. Underfoot, sole units boast the two-tone combination found on the similarly-colored pair from 2015.
The new Air Jordan 1 is expected to feature white leather on the side paneling, toes, and tongue which makes the black overlays on the toes, eyestays, forefoot, and ankles look even better. While indulgent of the "Shattered Backboard" proposition's tones, the forthcoming pair arranges the tri-color scheme in a refreshing manner. The white, orange, and black "Shattered Backboard" color scheme is set to make its return to the Air Jordan 1 in 2021. The color scheme is inspired by the Stefanel Euroleague uniform Jordan was wearing when he shattered a backboard during an exhibition game in Italy with the team in 1985.
Jordan Release 2020, This Air Jordan 1 features a White leather base with Black overlays at the at the forefoot, eyelets, and Swoosh. A Orange accents are applied on the collars, tongues, insole, and rubber outsole to complete the design. An early mock-up of the sneaker depicts a smooth leather upper predominantly dipped in "White;" profile swooshes and overlays at the quarterfoot and along the tongue, however, interrupt the rather-tonal makeup with their "Black" preference. Fans can expect a white rubber midsole and orange outsole to cross the t's and dot the i's, finishing off the final touches and solidifying the design.
